Isaiah Schaefer of Davenport won the men's shot put title with a second-round mark 65-3.25 (19.89m) at the NCAA Division 2 Outdoor Championships at Grand Valley State in Allendale, Mich. Schaefer secured sixth place in the discus throw final with a 174-11 (53.32m) effort. Davenport also secured the shot put crown at the Division 2 indoor final in March in Kansas.
